Our Commercial Kitchen is just under 3000 sq-ft. Equipped with walk-in cooler and freezer, a dishwashing area, hot-line area, dry storage & many other amenities, we offer everything you need to take your food business venture to the next level.

Our kitchen is set up to accommodate various types of business needs. From caterers & private chefs to meal prep ventures & micro-bakers, we offer the equipment & space you need to accomplish all of your culinary desires.

Our kitchen is stocked with equipment from some of the best brands in the culinary industry. We service our equipment regularly to maintain the best environment for our tenants. We enjoy working with our tenants to find out what equipment would be beneficial and are always willing to purchase new equipment to better the environment of our kitchen. We also allow our members to bring their own equipment as necessary and offer electrical installation to suit your companies needs.

Requirements To Rent Kitchen Space

All Tenants Must hold a valid Business/LLC. We WILL NOT rent to any company that cannot provide a valid EIN number or Articles of Incorporation.

All Tenants MUST hold a valid DBPR licence in the name of the renting company. CityChef can help you through the application and inspection process.

At least 1 member of your team must hold a valid ServeSafe Manager certificate. All additional staff should have a valid food handler certificate.

All kitchen renters are required to have renters insurance. The insurance must name the kitchen, as well as the landlord as an “additionally insured” for the minimum sum of $1,000,000.00 each.

All Tenants must place a security deposit for kitchen rentals. The security deposit will be based on the rental period & amount of kitchen use.
